If Study OS Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@studypartner.dev and we'll arrange it for you. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Renewals and cancellations
Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel any time from the Plan tab in your dashboard, which opens your secure billing page.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. It includes 3 uploaded courses and 20 tutor questions a month.
